Custom software, built to last in production

Full-stack engineering for what does not fit a template: honest architecture, observability from the start, and attestable AI embedded. The edge is not low price — it is judgment.

The problem we solve

Much of the custom development market is a commodity — and we do not compete there. The problem we solve is the system that has to work under real load, integrate with an ERP that has no documented API, survive multi-tenancy, or price in real time with dozens of variables. The kind of software that, done badly, costs far more than it saved.

Companies reach us because a template cannot handle it, a factory delivered something fragile, or the internal team has no bandwidth for the harder part. The answer is not more code, nor cheaper code — it is engineering with judgment.

How we work

Senior full-stack engineering, with architecture proportional to the problem. We apply DDD, Clean Architecture, and SOLID when the project earns its keep with them, and a simpler stack when it does not — rigor where it reduces risk, not where it generates bureaucracy. Primary domain in TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js), Flutter on mobile, and Rust where performance or reliability call for it.

We integrate with what already exists: ERP, CRM, queues, legacy systems. Tests, observability, and CI/CD come in from the start, not as a later retrofit. When there is AI in the system, it comes attestable — with guardrails, grounding, and an audit trail — not as a black box. And documentation, RFCs, and knowledge transfer are part of the delivery, so your team can evolve the system without us.

We have built, for example, a full CRM for a solar-energy company with a real-time pricing engine and ERP integration; a patient-journey system for a clinic; and the platform for an ESG startup — using NestJS, Next.js, Flutter, and Rust as the problem required.

What we deliver

A custom system in production, integrated, tested, observable, and documented. Built to last and for your team to take over — a premium entry point, not an hours factory.

  • Full-stack engineering: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, Flutter, Rust, Java/Spring
  • Architecture proportional to the problem (DDD/Clean when it earns its keep)
  • Integration with ERP, CRM, queues, and legacy systems
  • Tests, observability, and CI/CD from the start, not a later retrofit
  • Attestable AI embedded when it makes sense (guardrails, grounding, audit)

FAQ

Do you build any kind of software?

We build the kind that has to work in production under real load, integrate with what already exists, and last. We are not the best choice for a simple landing page or for the factory that bills by the hour — we are for the system that sustains the business.

Which stack do you use?

Primary domain in TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js) and Flutter on mobile, with Rust where performance or reliability demand it, and Java/Spring when the context calls for it. The choice follows the problem, not fashion.

Why are you more expensive than a factory?

Because we do not sell lines of code. We sell senior architecture, observability wired in from the start, and justified decisions — which avoids the rework that makes cheap expensive. Badly built software costs far more than it saved.

How does it start?

With a diagnosis and, when scope justifies it, a Discovery Pack that estimates a qualitative range and structures the roadmap — credited if the project moves forward.
